i have a discussion about the reworked Rammus

so let's say a rammus against a mixed team and this is typical build for him =

My question is what if i take the place of Iceborn gauntlet and replace it with Rylais scepter, it would still give me bonus ap damage to my abilities that's right also more slows for my ult that's right

But the thing is Does rylais scepter work with rammus's W? so let's say if i have a rylais scepter and enemies hitting me while my W is On will they be slowed because it's still an ability that is working? i would like to know from the ones who know about that

I think Rylai's works with Rammus W.

Also, IBG is bugged right now with Rammus. Its radius does NOT increase with his W bonus armour.

Thanks for the comment. I realised that bug with iceborn but i am still wondering so hard if rylais really works because i think it should be his main item to build if not early late game that's fine at least it has to be built to him because he is very slow after he uses his W and he really needs something so that's why i was thinking that if rylais works with his w then that's his best for teamfights

Slows dont stack, the biggest slow takes priority. your build also lacks a lot of HP

He says one or the other, so he'd only have 1 slow.

I agree his build lacks HP though, replacing Iceborn with Rylai's would fix that.
