dunder kill1 votesIts not really stacked. It just people at that low ELO are so insanely inconsistent that there is no way to have good matchmaking. Someone could go 12/1/10 one game then 0/9/3 the next. They can trying to match based on MMR but its useless because there is no way of knowing whether its that person's feed or carry game
