So I'm not the only one who has been commenting in regards to this but will there be a fix to Sion's Q hitbox for the next upcoming patch or patches following? The hitbox is a lot bigger than the actually indicator and is probably a factor into why playing against him feels so frustrating right now. I personally do not have an issue with Sion's "damage" because everything he brings to a fight is extremely telegraphed but I personally believe this issue with his Q is putting a lot of players especially newer players at a disadvantage when it comes to playing against him.
