I often times see people buying Elixir of Wrath on Kog'Maw, and while its a fine choice, Sorcery gives you ON HIT true damage against towers. Something to think about if you always just auto buy Wrath late game.

ABlueQuaker1 votesI don't care if he has 3 or 33 AS. 30 AD and 25 True Damage On-Hit have a very minimal difference in damage output.

Realistically, though, 25 True Damage On-Hit to towers and 30 AD have very minimal difference overall.

LadyRenly1 voteseh, i prefer the adc one, because usually I only have 10% lifesteal on kog.....20% at the best if I have bork and mercurial, so I'd like all the healing I can get.
