How many bufs would garen need to be seen in the lcs
I'm not saying garen should be buffed (please DO NOT buff garen) but what would it take to see him in pro play.

Garen doesn't need buffs to be LCS worthy, he needs a rework.
That said Garen doesn't need a rework just because he is not LCS material. He only needs a few quality of life changes to make his high elo play better, preferably in some way that doesn't improve his low elo play. Not every champion needs to be in the LCS after all.

Q is a gap closer with 4 seconds silence
Giving him a blink every 0.1sec during his E, same range as Ezreal's E, and also making him ranged
If damage takes a hit enough that armor pen is a necessary rather than just the nail in the coffin to tanks garen could be seen for his e utility
