Ok Riot, I need an IP sink

I have 25k IP. I could literally take a break until the end of season 6 and instantly be able to buy up all the new champions at the rate you're releasing them. To get a good idea of how fast I have accumulated IP, I bought a name change and Kindred with IP to reduce my IP to about 0 about a week or two after she was released. I had already accumulated 20k since Tahm's release. Then I bought Illaoi in Novemeber. From October...

In the span of 3 months, I have accumulated 35,000 IP.

I have classes, and I have other hobbies that take up much of my day. I'm not spending every single waking moment in front of the computer playing League or anywhere close to that. I get the FWotD everyday and either grind out some really fast coops or get together with friends in a party or solo queue. I probably play 2-4 matches on average each day and then call it quits. I play on the weekends more obviously, so my busier Tuesdays and Thursdays usually get only one or two matches in.

It is GREAT that I can attain IP that fast. I was personally never bothered by being locked into a handful of champions; I love Soraka literally since day 1 and spammed her. Along the way, I picked up Morgana, then Taric, than Janna, then Lulu! My first champion with RP was Lulu. For certain new releases that were just epic, I would buy them with RP like Vel'koz and Nami, but the overwhelming majority of champions I have I got with IP.

But now I have them all; I've completed my Pokedex. I've got all the runes that matter (like, at all. No energy regen runes), and I have 14 rune pages, some of which I don't even use.

To be honest with you, I would be perfectly happy to be able to gift my IP to my friends. I don't need it, and I think they would appreciate me sharing he wealth. It would also give me a way to help spread the Truth: all players must own Lulu and Draven.
