How Strong Is Neeko??

She is pretty scrawny looking. Probably can only bench 80lbs give or take 20.

She has no main role and struggles everywhere. She's quite weak.

Neeko: *has the best non ultimate cc ability in the game

Neeko players: she's weak lol

Don't cry Shaco is currently a caster minion at best, we have been suffering here since patch 6.22 so wait about 3 years to be noticed

My opinion? She's extremely strong outside her ult.

That's the opposite of what most people think. But I'll stand by it. Why?

Her E/Q combo can apply such immense lane pressure versus any mage that generally she can outlane them simply by proccing DH or Electrocute off two skills. If you try to stay beside the minions rather than behind them, she'll just E you, and eventually it will hit even if you're good at dodging them. Once she does, you're going to take 2-3 hits of her Q, and then suddenly all lane pressure is lost and she controls the lane until you recall. Might not immediately kill, but is such a large early burst that it can generally control game flow.

If she's versus Assassins or top laners, she can just adapt and go on hit with W instead.

Her R self rooting her is the hurdle good players with her get past, while it cripples low elo players of her because they time the distance short and her targets escape. But once they figure it out, they're annoying as hell because Neeko suddenly becomes one of those champions that "all play centers around."

Bad R users are artificially lowering her win rate.

In reality her kit's generally overloaded because it can adapt to almost ANY opponent in any role. It can even block skill shots, or heavily stomp its own counters (Morgana is supposed to be a Neeko counter, but when Neeko goes DH, I have trouble playing versus her in a dominating way. I can win if she all ins with her R, and I didn't just use it on her E, but if she just harasses, she out cooldowns and out ranges much of Morgana's lane utility, takes control of the game VERY quickly simply because you didn't bury her under 5-6 deaths).
