Archangel's Staff Unique Passive - Awe max mana lowered from 3% to 1%

Champions that actually needs mana items and Damage can't have them as long as this Bad Designed Dota Reject Champion is going to abuse it . Seriously are Mage getting their Mana Removed too aswell? They lost Spellvamp now Mana?

Mages can't never have a good Mana Regen items with this WaveClears Sit under WitchHunt.

Some Mages and Champions really have crappy Mana Regens and sometimes likes to build Mana Regen items just to survive Laning Phase, dealing with champions like aswell as champions who have a Mana Pool but use less than a 1% of it like . Meanwhile Malphite Q eats half of his Mana.

Ryze is far from the reason. Why would the champ with the worst winrate be the reason? Hes only used in Pro's cuz of his ult's utility.

because ryze is strong even in solo queue, especially in challenger when people know what they're doing. he has the worst win rate because the general playerbase don't have the slightest clue on how to actually play him. he just lacks in the teamfighting department

Then why does his winrate drop the higher the elo?

he's just not played as often anymore because he's not as strong as he used to be. also, laning against him is easier ever since the changes to minion aggro. he's still a viable pick if you know how to play him. if it's worth anything, shiphtur's also complained about ryze on several occasions and he's a challenger player

Less play would increase winrate not reduce it. Hes not viable unless you have full party unision. His ult is the only saving grace he has because of how usefull it is for pushing and objective grabbing.

i mean if you're referring to high elo, people normally have a general idea of where to go and when, and coordination is more apparent than in, say, gold or something. also, if we're just using statistics such as win rate, on champion.gg it says that in high elo, experienced ryze players have a win rate of 53-55% which isn't bad at all. i'm not arguing that ryze isn't significantly stronger in competitive play due to a much higher level of coordination, that doesn't change the fact that he's completely viable as a mid laner right now.

They lost spellvamp for good reason. Remember Vladimir Mordekaiser Being Literally unkillable once they got a tiny bit of spellvamp. Cause I do. Spellvamp was lost because it was too abusable for EVERYBODY. now archangels is getting nerfed but I highly doubt it's because of ryze, it's probably because like spellvamp EVERY CHAMP BUILDS A FUCKING ARCHANGELS as long as they have mana and are mages. since the removal of mana from Morello this is what they build because Luden's isn't as good. Archangels not only gives mana but also ap and a shield and cdr and it basically does everything. that's why Morello got the change in the first place

It is quite a big nerf. What if instead they gave item 3070 the item 3802 treatment, make it more powerful but higher cost? Atm could just start item 1027 farm 400g, recall and buy Tear, getting the passive going until you upgrade to item 3003 for the AP (and CDR)
