Where is the Shield breaker stat that riot talked about?
Riot mentioned something about items with unique property called Shield Breaker that would let the champion do damage beyond those shields stacking. So lets say this Kog maw has a 3k Shield on him The item would allow Darius do damage only to his health not shield.
