Remove Mecha Sion's ANNOYING GLOBAL SOUNDS @RIOT

I played against one the other day and that GLOBAL RESPAWN/DEATH TUNE (don't know which exactly fm the 2 it is) is ANNOYING, DISTRACTING, VOLUMED WAY HIGHER THAN, IF NOT ALL SOUNDS BUT MOST SOUNDS OF THE GAME, WHICH ARE DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE GAMEPLAY.

Like if this tune is playing, you can't hear shit especially if you have started a fight, say 1vs1 at top lane. I can't hear properly someone using ignite or whatever else.

Reserve the fking auto skin tunes that are not nessesary and directly needed for the gameplay for their owners ONLY.
