Is that Nid a scripter or touched by God? Scripting in LoL 101?

So recently I stumbled on a Nid player that apparently plays pretty good, dosn't do mistakes/dosn't flinch in her combo/stays at a perfect range always.

I decided to do a little funny video about it. :)

I was already suspicious during the game cause I know a scripter when I see one. Eventually he fked up his "ordinary player mask" near the end of the game by dodging Trynd's W which was already went off/casted .

For those that aren't familiar with what that means - we are talking about miliseconds at the range of 0.1~0.3 ----> not humanly possible

In the end screen he basically admitted that he scripts by saying: "I didn't think you will notice."

Currently he is still playing after the reports for cheating (I am making a support ticked too), a few days after that particular game and apparently has recently started to play Xerath and tried out Cass out of nowhere. :D

In order this not to get deleted - I won't share his profile here, but you can find it yourself through my video and/or in the description of it aka by "external means".

The question is: Is he going to get banned or will be allowed to play/cheat by Riot?
