About Ziggs W

Now I like Ziggs bot. I think it's a fun change to the meta (and every bot laner probably disagrees with me) but I can see the frustration in seeing Ziggs put a bomb on your tower and realizing it's gone now.

So what if they made it so you could diffuse his bomb on towers? It might seem redundant because when a tower is that low it usually means it's going to die, but I think adding some counterplay to his tower satchel would be a good idea.
