How to balance Kalista
Decrease her jump distance based on how much she is slowed. I guess you could apply the same logic to other champs with a physical dash, such as Tryndamere.

Currently she feels pretty weak to be honest... Her kit is strange. I need to play her a bit more but overall I am underwhelmed. I can see her being strong with the right person and play style she just doesn't scale like other ADC's ATM. I would take Quinn before I took Kalista. Thats just me though.
