Item Ideas: Gem of Resistance and The Endostone

Gem of Resistance: +300 Health UNIQUE PASSIVE: Causes you to take 10% reduced physical damage and magic damage.

Cost: 1350(200) Components: item 1033item 1029item 1028

The Endostone: +600 Health UNIQUE PASSIVE: Causes you to take 16.67% reduced physical damage and magic damage.

Cost: 2700(950) Components: Gem of Resistance, item 1028

Not sure if this is a good idea or a bad idea. The idea is that it would be calculated after armor and magic resistance, and since it's not technically armor/magic resist, it wouldn't be affected by armor/magic pen.

Perhaps change it to...

UNIQUE PASSIVE: Causes you to take 15% reduced damage from all sources.

Granting Endostone the unique ability to reduce True Damage as well.

I can get behind the % reduced damage, however, I feel it needs SOME downside. 15% is quite a lot.

The downside could be this.

UNIQUE PASSIVE: Whenever you deal damage to enemy champions, you to take 15% reduced damage from all sources for two seconds.

That way you can't just run away and use the passive. You have to commit to a fight to use it.
