fizz needs to get disabled until they fix hit ulti hitbox
this guy could aim it a mile from me and it would just teleport to me.

Fizz is garbage though.
His kit is so bad that the only thing that keeps him playable is his ult.
It's not broken. And the hit box is the same. The QoL change made it just swim to you instead of teleporting onto you.
The hitbox grows as it gets further away. Does no one read the notes?
Literally takes up half a lane, and then another 1/4th of the lane for the AOE dmg.
