Taliyah Has the Most Oppressive Laning I've Ever Seen
Worse than Viktor, LB or Zed put together. After the buffs her waveclear is nearly instant and her harass is basically mana-less with a lot of zoning on top of it. Her late game might be on the weaker side but her early to mid game is absolutely busted now. She's even very safe due to her massive MS and utility.
As soon as people play her more and figure out that her kit has almost everything tagged on it, she will be nerfed into the ground where she belongs. She's legitimately Swain rework levels of busted just with a much higher skillcap.
