More people actually now complain about:

1. It's still just PBE, might get changed, might get revereted
2. He might get buffed in case he will step away from the spotlight for a jiffy

I am glad they made some actions, it's a ray of hope, but at the same time I cynically expect him getting some obnoxious compensation buff that will make him even more annoying, that would make me kek really hard, lol.

I know you're sarcastic. but nerfing his movement speed is actually pretty massive.

The time to walk from his red to you blue is increased. meaning more time for you to actually react to that.

Almost all junglers have a higher MS. The MS isnt to help in fights its to help run around the map. Nasus Mcgee who sits and farms in lane, tps back, sits in lane again doesnt need the MS. While junglers have to run all around the place.

In consequence, that means that Lee has a harder time having his INSANE early pressure, it is actually quite a heavy nerf.

Riot's trying to kill his bruiser build which shouldn't exist in the first place, and they're compensating by buffing his AP build.
