galio works when you have a team behind you, who understand that if you get a big ult, you go in, pop their carries, and you've already won. which is a great thing.

hes absolutely terrible by himself, sure he will take a large chunk out, but its just a chunk, not a kill.

all in all, id rate him 7/10, not the best solo q pick for sure, but awesome when you're on a real team.
