You need flash for your ult to be useful or you need the enemy to dive you.

Granted her E helps her pick enemies and even start a teamfight.

Don't run into the enemy. Play her like darius. He's best when "peeling" for the adc. Wait for them to come to your team, hang out by the carry (adc or mid or whoever) then when there are 2-3 people there, e one of them then ult. They'll have to back off of the carry or they all die.

Stand in the middle of the teamfight and press r

its a hit and miss with her ult, its designed super poorly as you just jump in your current location you pretty much have to have flash up to get into team and pray to got no one silences or cc's you because any amount of cc pretty much makes your ult useless, not to mention that's shes slow as fuck with 0 CC so smart people literally just walk away when you ult, terribly designed champion she fun every now and then when you get people who cant play against her but other wise a waste for your time to learn.

Dead center. Hentai smash as many as you can for as long as you can and hope your team can focus targets correctly through all your animations.

Wait until you land an E, and try and have as many people near it and you as you can. If you can ult all 6 at once you'll really wreck.
