There is nothing to do against a good tryndamere player.(split pushing)

Hello guys. I was playing with my normal account yesterday(plat1) and I was facing top with a tryndamere as vladimir. Well I know how to play against tryndamere since I played him a lot in rankeds, but there is literally nothing you can do against a good really good tryndamere player. Guy had 250 cs at min 22... I checked his match history he plays tryndamere mid, top, jungle even adc as bot(told us he is smurfing,diamond2) and what I saw he has nearly %100 win rate as tryndamere, out of 10 games only lost 1 and he was playing irelia at this matchup.

Dude.... He is extremly but extremly good in situations like split pushing as we all now. Im not calling tryndamere op or broken, I just try to say, tryndamere in good hands, can destroy literally 1v5 the whole game. You need to play as a team to stop him because a good player with decent tryndamere skills, can even 1v2 after mid game and easily. If you let him push he will destroy the base quickly, if you go stop him suddenly he will appear pushing mid, if you go mid to stop him he will solodragon in seconds... If its a good player( knows taking attention on him so his team can take objectives) there is literally nothing you can do. Sometimes he was just ghosting around and teasing with us to just help his team take dragon. Because you cant catch him, lets say you somehow catched him, you cant kill him and mostly possible after IE he can even melt shen as butter. There is literally no champ can solo stop him after mid game. You gotta play as 2-3 players to stop him. He will just jump jungle get some hp and continue. Dude im literally broken. I didnt know tryndamere is that much strong with high elo skills. I faced with a lot dia1-2 smurfs and I see no matter who you are you cant 1v5 basically, even if you do you cant always. But this guy, just won the game literally by himself. What you think about it. Am I right? Or just have butthurt because one guy destroyed 5 people single handly, not 1 shotting us but controlling the whole map pressure and objectives.

Only read the first few sentences. Its a diamond one trick Trynd. Obviously hes good at Trynd. You would be saying the same thing if you went vs a one trick Riven, Yi etc

Pantheon Gnar and proceed to spam laugh as you dominate him the entire game and outpush him.

I am sorry but you are wrong. Well countering him on laning is pretty much easy. The fact, he starts being " tryndamere" after getting core items and start splitpushing. IF your team is winning hard ofcourse you can dominate entire game against him but if they are not winning hard you really have to help them to not lose the game. And once you did, say goodbye to your inhibitor and he will just spin away. This is where tryndamere starts being tryndamere.

if you play gnar or pantheon, you can just splitpush and their team has to deal with you. a tryndamere won't stop you from taking down his tower when he can't fight you.

What you are saying isn't even a problem of playing vs tryndamere, it's a problem of playing vs splitpushers in general Jax MasterYi Fiora Can all take down your inhibitor if you have to help the team.

I know buddy ofcourse but here where problem comes. I wouldnt mind if shaco,yi,fiora split pushes. Well because they can be stopped. But you really cant stop tryndamere. I mean I also play tryndamere he is kinda my second main but im not a high elo player. I only suprised when i see high elo tryndamere who knows controlling the map and objectives and making really huge psychological pressure. Our jungle shen went to stop him once because we were taking inhib tower, tryndamere couldnt kill shen with 300+armor randuins thormal etc but he basically blocked our fighting potential. Shen couldnt ulti us and he was our frontliner. At that point non of us except shen would go back to stop him. Other splitpushers are easier to stop if you have CC and tankiness it wouldnt be a huge problem. Basically he starts being one of the best 1v1 champs ever and since he never helps his team, his farm is huge... Literally blocking our game. We gotta think about tryndamere all the time. okay we will take dragon we won a fight but wait he is pushing who will stop him? He can one shot sona and caitly because he has 350 cs and full build at min 30. We gotta go all to stop him otherwise we will lose the game and ka-boom. enemy takes dragon. this is what i wanted to expain actually. if i am missing anything or thinking wrong, feel free to fix my mistakes. I actually want to learn where I am doing-thinking wrong.

I only suprised when i see high elo [whatever champ] who knows controlling the map and objectives and making really huge psychological pressure.

Yeah, that's your problem right there: a high ELO player with a good strategical knowledge of the game. Not the Champion Tryndamere.

Your problem isnt Tryndamere. Your problem was that u faced much better player. Even if he was on some other champ, situation would have been same.

all my friends are diamond 1-2-3 and i literally played many times against high elo players, including challanger once(he was tryharding lol) and I know the good players man. I usually never cry after losing them in fact i have extremly huge fun because it puts some on my game level. As i mentioned I know a better player will show his difference but I never seen single player dominates the entire game lik that. If he were playing anything else than tryndamere I wouldnt care it at all because that would'nt happen basically. This is my point man.

because what I want to say, he didnt win the game single handly by killing us, having 25 kills 3 deaths etc. in fact he finished 5-1-2 or something actually. He was just a monster by locking us into him and letting his team feel free in the map.

The way to stop trynda, you put a Tank or decently Tanky fighter/battlemage, just one, not 2-3 players, under the tower and you waveclear endlessly, and you hope your team win the 4v4 on the other side of the map. You don't try to kill Trynda, you don't fight him, you don't chase him, you just prevent him from taking the damn towers.

Tryn isn't that OP in all honesty but he does shine in solo queue where teams are uncoordinated and can't deal with him. In all honesty if I see a tryn it is the one time I will actually play teemo and even though I never play teemo I never lose the lane or the split pushing that occurs after laning.

Irelia into Tryn from someone who actually plays Irelia since season 2 is a bad matchup. That much I can confirm.

I told you already I also don`t think he is owerpowered. I mean he can deal 1.5k basic dmg to a squishy champ when his health is near to zero. And having extreme mobility but on the other hand he is easy to counter and really item depended to become strong. So I can say he is balanced.

people to that when I play tryndamere also. They pick teemo and he pretty much counters him. His range, shrooms, blind is pretty much pain against to play as a melee damage dealer. But even if i fail ( little outfarmed and 2-5 lets say) after some point teemo becomes useless. And trynda gets his farm and pushes anyway. With now trinkets its really nonsense to play teemo. I actually feel sad for him. I never played teemo nor liked ever but I really think he needs a rework btw.

Just play a counter pick that is going to kill him over and over. Morgana works well.

Here's how you deal with a split pushing tryndamere:

  1. Pick a champ that can stay in lane and stalemate him. Make it so he can't push. His team fight is pretty wimpy, and his moveset is telegraphed, so if he can't split, then he can't help as much in fights as other champs. If they bring the party to his lane, then you have a 5v5 in your advantage since Tryn's kit wants to duel (not team fight).
  2. Build a item 3512 and place it under your alive towers to shove the wave out and slow down his split. Use the extra time to group with your team and take objectives 5v4. Use summoner 12 + item 3158 to react if he pushes through the ZZ'wave.
  3. Pick a champ that can kill him. Items with grievous wounds item 3123 item 3033 item 3165 and summoner 14 will hurt his healing, and damage over time abilities can finish him off after his ult completes. He can't split if he's dead.

One of those 3 tactics usually works. Hope that helps!
