buff varus healing reduction on his e to 60% like kled and katarina
Varus isn't as strong as other adcs, and having that 60% healing reduction on his e instead of 40% would make him more viable as an adc pick, as well as a more favored pick for anti healing comps. why do other champions with healing reduction mechanics get to have 60% reduction while varus only gets 40% reduction?
