become such a widely popular starter.

last i checked it was supposed to replace flask and add in variety to flask by making other uses, but now its just another obscene tool for early game trading power moreso than the HP regen.

either make item 2032 usuable as a sustain tool in lane or its time to tone down corrupting potion quite a bit.

potion is giving much more than dorans starters ever will throughout a game.

people take potion now moreso than they ever have before in past seasons, it used to just be for rough lane matchups so you can at least get some farm, but now everyone just wants to fight.

Corrupting Potion is for the people who want to survive. It's not necessarily always going to be used while hard engaging on someone to take advantage of the active burn. Most of the time, the players that take C.Potion are generally in an unfavourable matchup and just want to make it through lane phase. Doran's start is generally when a person wants to harass and take advantage of the early game power they have. I would absolutely get Doran's over Corrupting Potion on champions like Orianna, Syndra, Viktor, etc.
