Just watched a Lucian get 33 kills in 31 mins. Constant dashes, literally impossible to even follow yet alone try to do anything towards. Some of the most bogus stuff I've seen in a long time. He was dueling and taking out Vi and Illaoi with 5 kills. You can't even try to get a turret on him as he will ult when he comes in then dash until you are dead.
MudintheWater1 votesI hate his new "always up" ult. Giving easily accessible CDR to ADCs is easily one of my least favorite things about this season.
Hardstuck G41 votesThe only thing that has changed about Lucian since preseason is his ult. He's not broken, it's just that a new item has had people playing him and making people realize that he's actually broken. I was doing the same thing during S5 dude. Lucian is also hard countered by three relatively strong champions (if played right):
Critmaster Garen1 votesor just nerf the hell out of essence reaver.
and then phantom dancers.
broken as shit.
