In a straight fight he is worse (more powerful) than caitlyn early and late. And what are teamfights? 95% or around that % is standstill fighting no kiting usually.

You'll find that the majority is more powerful in a "straight fight" than Caitlyn. Her thing is she hits a couple times before the "straight" fight can even start.

And in what world do you stand still for around 95% of time in team fights?

You don't 1v1 Draven, you wait until your team kills the no escape champion and he goes on tilt while screaming at his team.

Draven is tricky.

He is strong only while he has a spinning axe.

As a frequent Draven player the best way to stop his damage is to charge him while he is attempting to catch his axe.
