Messed up LP gains for no reason

My LP gains have been getting worst and worst as each day passes. First off I have a win ratio above 50%. I play people in only my division. Yet as everyday passes I have been losing more lp per game and gaining significantly less. I started off gaining about 20 lp and losing 20lp per game. Yet as each day passed I noticed I was beginning to lose more lp per loss and less gains per win. Nothing big happened I did not go on a massive losing streak and in fact I went on a pretty big winning streak. Yet the next day I randomly started losing 30 lp per match. WTF is going on someone please explain to me.

You're in Diamond V with a 2000MMR. You're getting clamped because you are nowhere near the rating required for Master (~2500). The most likely reason is that Diamond V no longer has a minimum MMR requirement (traditionally 2200), and it allows players much lower than expected. And then those low MMR players get clamped until their rating catches up.

Even putting it at 100MMR per division, you'd still be off by a bit.

i.e.: Diamond V 2000 Diamond IV 2100 Diamond III 2200 Diamond II 2300 Diamond I 2400 Master 2500 Challenger 2700
