Unless he builds cdr, a 14 second cooldown for that ability gives you enough time to place a pink ward and track him.

It's cooldown only resets when your invisiblity ends.

And? He gets the flash that makes him invisible so he can do... ASSASSINATING! waw And what happens when he's done? He has to wait 11 seconds to use it again in which time he can easily be killed.

Seriously? Half the champions released in the past 2 years have a dash or blink and you want to nerf his? If anything it should be buffed since it's not that special anymore.
