An Idea for Dragon

I just had a thought about dragon and it's buffs. Their just isn't a big incentive to get that 1st dragon early anymore and just as Dignitas mentioned getting 4 dragons at a cost just isn't worth it. The 5th is amazing but the investment for those first 4 is pretty intense. I know it would be too powerful to get gold and bonuses but I was wondering what would happen if junglers could determine the bonus by their unique smites?

For instance. The poachers knife could grant global gold once again.

The Trailblazer could be more farming and mobility (ms, bonus jungle damage, tenacity, reduced summoner cd, 3x bonuses(for duration))

Skirmishers could focus more on defensive buffs instead of offensive buffs. (armor, regen, mr, health, 2x + large amount of tenacity (for duration))

Stalker could focus more on offensive buffs. same as now but the rank 3 ms buff turned in for extra damage or CDR for team.
