Right now, the honor options are:
-Tilt-proof
-Shot-caller
-Team player
ALL of those are player BEHAVIOR, not stats. I admit, I find it highly UNLIKELY but it's entirely POSSIBLE you could have a teammate whose mechanics suck but game knowledge is amazing, and therefore has a scoreline like 1/8 but he's a great shot-caller. (heck, you could have that K/D line on any support anyway) You could have a 20-2-9 statline while still being a jerk.
Honor should be about "do I LIKE playing with you", if your single criteria for that is "are you 'effective' no matter your attitude", then you should STILL know who on your team is effective. If you can't tell who is effective from the flow of play and just keeping an eye on what you SHOULD be keeping an eye on, then work on yourself and your abilities.
-If X laner on your team is always in the middle of good plays for your team, then they're a solid performer
-If Y laner for THEIR team is weak (but not afk) then that laner on your team was probably strong or you have a great roamer (and it shouldn't be tough at all to identify the latter), at WORST your laner was good enough to not feed a terrible player/troll
Once you get out of lane phase, it shouldn't be hard to determine if someone "padded stats" against a weak opponent in lane, or played well, because they'll be against others now. The one exception being dealing with an uber-fed opponent, in which case you can easily tell who "sucked" on your team, so process of elimination will tell you who's... "not bad".
Straight up, if your ONLY metric is "effectiveness", then stats are irrelevant. You should ALWAYS notice a player that's really strong (or really weak), if you don't, then no one on your team deserves it under your standard. If you can't tell who's effective without looking at postgame stats, then work on yourself before worrying about how to gauge honor awards, because if you can't tell who to help or rally behind on your team and who to AVOID on their team, then YOU are a liability.
