Riot lied to most of us and never cared in the end. EVEN THE PBE PLAYERS

PBE was made to test out champions and have Riot absorb some info on what the players thought of the champion/skin. In the end all Riot has done was tweaking and fixing bugs, NEVER a moment where they would re-do the kit.

I was so shocked when I was meddler and the other Rioters replying to all of you in a way as if they are convinced that the champion is in a good state and it was time for them to "move on"

Basically when you ask Riot to give you a glass of water they come back and give you just the glass, they tell you to go find a way to get the water yourself. (Riot is giving you a new kit/nerf and wants you to find out a way to make the champion playable and "balanced" )

This balance team act as if they know what they're doing, they act as if they are professionals in the game play but really these past months nothing has been professional, just a big joke.

This video by now is 200K View, because it SPEAKS THE TRUTH, It shows how Riot treats champions.

99% of PBE players were opposed to the 4.13 Sona nerfs. They were forced to live regardless and preemptively.

Honestly, kind of thankful for that right now. I see enough of DJ Sona already. I don't need her to be a major threat.

The PBE is VERY NOT suited for balancing testing. For several reasons, among them:

A. Small population of players means small sample size.

B. Tendency of those players to not play seriously.

C. Several players come from EU or other parts of the world and have bad ping, contributing to A.

PBE is there to test for bugs. Why would ask for balance advice? PBE is notorious for being full of retards.

PBE was made to test out champions

Yes and no. It was made to test out BUGs that a champion might cause. And honestly, they've done a decent job there. Azir was the only one thats slipped through in ages for whatever reason. PBE alone isn't sufficient to test out a champion. There aren;t enough players from enough elos to make an accurate judgement.
