She needs buffs yes but they can't just buff her Q like that. Her ice shard is a fast aoe skillshot that can slow and goes through the minionwave. That screws over melee champs so hard that buffing it often leads Lissandra toplane to become ridiculously oppressive

Lissandra Top lane is at a 46% winrate. a small Q buff isn't going to make her new top meta.

Exactly. Imagine playing someone like Riven or Jax toplane. Everytime you go to get cs you get slammed with an Ice Shard and a few auto attacks. On top of that you go anycloser and she'll root you and hit you with another Q.

I love Lissandra more than any other champ in this game and yes she is struggling so much right now and needs buffs but we can't just buff her Q because it makes melee lives absolute hell and theres little room for counterplay

her kit needs change its just outdated and weak especially for burst mage. zoe can burst enemies with 2 spells and lissandra needs to be feed and usually use ult and all her spells and active items to kill someone

Once you build some mr she can no longer touch you. A lot of top laners counter her hard or they can go even against her in lane. She's in a terrible state right now.

maybe early but late its nothing she gets stomped on. she is a "burst mage" but she barely can burst a squishy ( you have to have at least 3 items and use ult ) and a tank is no match when he gets in mele

I think the only places that have room in her kit for buffing is her E's CD early and it's mana cost or her ult. Maybe make its mana cost a flat 80 at all ranks from 80/85/90/95/100 and trim the CD to 20/18/16/14/12 and up the damage to 80/130/180/230/280.

Another thing they could do is have an ice radiance off the ult doing damage per second slowed as well. Maybe like 20/40/60 per second + (.2 AP). To make it less punishing for using it early in a fight as a squishy dive mage.

Her ult is so lack luster right now unless she uses it on herself. Maybe they buff her CC on another target because as it is a 1.5s stun with relatively low damage is kind of meh.
