Tips on playing Ziggs?

I got him down fast but I need improvement on using his satchel to escape, as I have a bad habit of panic casting with it and goofing up, any advice?

Practice the timing is all I can say. Its not the easiest thing to master right away but its definitely important to know if you want to be effective.

Yeah, I have this bad habit of panic casting, so I may just throw it down without much thought and blow it to try and escape, but throw myself the wrong way

He is weird, very strong champ on release, and still very fun. I personally have very hard time landing q on anyone other then melees when they farm in lane. I find Ziggs very unreliable. I don't play him anymore. But his damage is huge, lots of aoe, lots of burst, no one shred turrets like a ziggs. If you can stay alive with him, and deal damage at the same time, you probably got it down.

Something Doublelift's mid laner said( cant remember who it was) way back in the day, if it's a tank we gotta focus him together.
