Does annie outscale other mids and supports?

People with mobility like ahri or kalista (not mid or support but) will be countered especially in a teamfight. Annie will do a crapload of damage. Maybe disadvantage is not tanky but if you build roa/rylais maybe side tanky? Idk. For me one aoe flash stun tibbur 3 people (Realistic) will end the game mid/end game

She has such dmg, because is short range. Same story with Viktor. Compare them with Xerath and Lux who can kill you from the other side of the lane.

Rofl viktor has ONE skillshot. If you want to say his ult and W are skillshots, then Annie's W and ult are skillshots.

I believe Viktor's broken but that's another debate entirely (imo his item is the problem, it used to give way too little, now it gives way too much).

You mentioned Annie and Viktor and said to compare them with Lux and Xerath.

Since it's an Annie thread, I disregarded Viktor, compared Annie to Lux and Xerath, and had a great laugh.

her scaling on her spells is insane, all of her abilities do ridiculous damage

so id say that she outscales most but not the hyper carries like karthus or cass for example (but it all depends cuz if annie lands her combo on multiple ppl its huge)

Imagine a world where Annie couldnt burst someone down. Are you there yet? Good. Now, in this world, what does Annie offer in the mid lane? Nothing. She would become a full time support because other mid laners would out class her. She needs high dmg to be relevant

Let's disregard that an AoE stun can win a teamfight even if it legitimately deals 0 dmg.

Do you remember when Riot removed LB's silence saying "it's not fair when she can burst you and you can't retaliate"?
