Periods of feeders and periods of great teammates

I've come to a conclusion after playing a ton of solo queue games that there are just periods of where you get great teammates and periods where you get really bad teammates. Sometimes maybe for a couple of days I get great teammates who just carry my ass so hard 20 minute surrender for the other team. And then after that its just a bunch of toxic, selfish, bad players where its either you surrender 20 minutes or one guy just has a ridiculous score and you lose later cause he cant carry. I am just wondering if anyone else feels like this where there are periods of time where no matter how well you play you can't win and then periods of time where you will win no matter how bad you play.
