Vladimir's bar clarity problem...

So I've tried new Vlad and... THIS DAMN BAR! Above the champion it fills up nice and gradually, but if you look at your HUD it just fills up 1 and 2 completely... and this is where my eyes go to look up how much time till my next Q and to see if it'll be empowered but the bar in the HUD is unreliable while the one above the champion gets confusing in teamfights. If RIOT could fix it I'd be grateful.
