Possibly THE ONLY solution to make ARAM fair

DAMN IT RIOT, it's TIME to fix ARAM already. You SHOULD know all the Bullshit that goes on.

I shouldn't even have to explain it, but here you go:

**No.1 The incessant Dodging & No.2 ARAM only accounts. **

It seems you want to preserve the spirit of ARAM being ALL Random; Nice! admirable even!......but you see, by not addressing the issues that this format has, ITS NOT FUCKING RANDOM.......and it may never be.

1.) Dodging: This is like taking the dice in the game YAHTZEE and re-rolling ALL your terrible dice: "Wow! my roll sucked! How about I DODGE and Re-roll EVERY FUCKING CHAMPION ON MY TEAM! I Dont even care if I lose my 2 rerolls, I GET FIVE brand new rolls in exchange AND EVEN MORE IF MY TEAMMATES USE Re-ROLLS!......20 minute dodge timer!? heh, I would just be sitting in a game I didn't want to play right now anyway ;^) "

2.) Aram only accounts: This is like only being able to draw only Aces and Kings in a game of POKER. nuff said

I know people will probably say the best solution is "Unlock every champ, so that way it's totally random and fair" ......But no, If they did that there would be **EVEN MORE** dodging or even Downright not wanting to play the format, because you would have people getting their favorite champions less often, as well as rolling champions that they don't feel comfortable playing, don't like playing, or are just downright bad aram champs.

******SO, here's what you've been waiting for! the ONLY way to actually make the game mode fair to NON-aram account players (and even possibly have less dodging) is to allow them to go into a custom menu and "X" out SOME (maybe not a ton) of the champions that they don't want to roll, or at least have a lower probability of rolling those champions. That way the playing field is fair, and players are also less likely to dodge because they will roll more champions they want to play.

DO I think this is a good idea? Well, in a way: maybe not.........BUT, If you guys at RIOT are going to continue to not do anything about aram only accounts, then yes! because it doesn't actually change the reality of the situation, players are ALREADY doing this "X-out" idea just by having an aram only account! So since you apparently aren't going to deal with them, it REALLY IS only fair to let everyone be able to do it.

I would like to add something to your suggestion of a white/black list for aram champions.

Do away with earning reroll points and make 2 rerolls per match the standard. Everybody simply always gets two rerolls per match, no more, no less, this will prevent to need to hoard rerolls for special occasions and help reduce the need for dodging by a bit.

Just for clarity purposes; I'm basically suggesting that each player can individually customize their account to "count" as if they don't own a certain champion. (X-out champions) and each champion can be toggled on or off in a custom menu in your profile page.

If a champion is currently X'd out before champion select, you won't roll it once you enter champion select. Also you can't trade for that champion, even if you own it but someone else happened to roll it (Just like as though you didn't own the champion.)

Free-to-play champions during that week will still be rolled as to preserve the format as it is.

The problem is that a blacklist feature would also result in "Downright not wanting to play the format." ARAM-optimized accounts are already frustrating enough with regards to ARAM's champ variety. Essentially giving everyone the option to convert into an ARAM-optimized account would make the situation even worse. There would need to be something else added, whether a separate ranked queue or just straight incentives, for people who prefer more randomness rather than less.

Well Aran isn't real or actual random, it's only very close to being random. Riot will tell you over and over again it's random, but having free week champs get better odds of being rolled is a huge titanium wrench in that logic. I think the best thing riot could do for Adam is completely remove free week champions from rotation unless owned by the player. The second best thing riot could do is remove rolling completely. The only way to make this fair for everyone since Arsm accounts would run rampart without free week champs in their way is to make ALL champs available to everyone that plays. These changes would probably increase Adam popularity by quite a bit, and lower the chance of all ranged pubstomping team comps. Edit, autocorrect literally won't let me type A R Am
