your best bet is to rush Shiv, build into either bork or runaan's next, and hopefully have a support that can give you some way to comp building AS first in laning phase by giving you extra damage. With Leona and tank supports being pretty much out of meta right now, I'd personally see if your support is fluent in Lulu, since Pix is one of the best things in the game to give to an AS based adc. Enchanter supports are suffering a bit since mages took over, but a good Lulu, Nami or Sona can get pretty scary with your pick...I'd recommend not trying it with Sona though, because you have to be very in and out with her. Go for your heavier damage items a little later, and try to play more passively unless your support can get a good pick on someone.
Bonus points if your support understands what you're trying to do and knows how to play into it. Willing to bet I'd make you a god in the late game, cause my favorite thing to do is take my Nami, get to 3, and just poke the enemy ADC with my E every time he wants to cs until he feels forced to do something and makes a bad judgment call. As long as your support is capable of taking a little more of the heat early game, and you react quickly when the enemy team gets desperate to stop their constant poke, you'll do fine.
