I actually feel like I've seen pool party most often.

Probably just a matter of preference (as it should be). There might be somewhat common preferences for what is visually the best (apparently, shirtless lee sins), but I don't think theres any subtle benefits otherwise (and really if there was, it'd be disabled for pro play at the very least).

i own knockout and it has very weird auto attack animation.

The actual timings on all the skin animations and so on are all identical, so in like 99% of cases perceived differences between skins and base models is just people getting thrown off by slightly different visuals or audio cues. (The other 1% is for occasional bugs with some fancier skins that involve entirely new models, but I don't believe that's the case for any of lee sins skins.)

I have been using Knockout most of the time I have played Lee, so I don't have the problem of getting used to it from a previous animation

I assumed you meant knock out. I was gonna say because boxing is awesome.

Some skins are banned from pro play. More then you would actually expect. Any skin basically that could give an "advantage due to blending in or look of skill shots is disabled. I mean there are alot of open skins to play still, but I am sure there is almost a skin a champ that cant be played

It's the same reason you typically see debonair ez or meowkai or dino gnar. They're just good skins.
