@Riot Can you PLEASE buff Lucian for the health of bot lane?

I barely play AD, but I support a lot. So let me just say, if there was a scale of which AD I preferred to be OP or meta atm, it would be Lucian. Vayne and Cait are cancerous monsters, that make playing against them an awful experience. Even when Lucian was "OP" and meta, I never felt that he was broken, even after playing numerous games against him. If the enemy Lucian went 5/0 in lane it was never because he was busted, it was because I misplayed. Lucian's play style is very well balanced and he has clear strengths and weaknesses. He isnt stealthing in and out of fights critting me for 500 dmg or zoning me from entire creep waves with poke and traps. The state of bot lane is abysmal, and unless a good ADC is made competitive again it will just remain that way. No one plays support because its just an all around frustrating role, and having to deal with cancerous champs makes it worse for people in this role.

Bring back a fair and balanced ADC.

I just hope a new adc is on the way. Jhin is fun but I'd like to see a new mobile champ that could stand up with the best mobile adc's like ezreal and lucian.

I know. I'm still trying to play Lucian but I feel like I have literally zero impact on the lane and the game. I mean zero. I'm just chilling coming along for the ride every game.
