How to add champ select kicking without abuse

Okay, so, I've seen many threads about champ select kicking, and them being punished, and many responses to that about how it could be abused. And I agree, it could be. A team of 4 could get pissed at one guy for taking an off-meta champ, or taking the lane someone else wanted, and kicking them and them getting punished for no reason, or heck, just people get pissed at someone taking an off-meta champ.

But why not just make it like bans?

Basically, if you get kicked from one champ select, it doesn't matter. Then, there could be a bunch of configurations for after. So like, get kicked the game after and you get a punishment as if you had dodged, then the third as if you dodged twice, maybe if you got kicked, then one you didn't get kicked(dodged, if played it could reset maybe?), then get kicked the game after maybe half the time of a normal dodge? Or maybe just the same thing, as if you dodged.

And just kind of do that. That way it rarely gets abused and for the most part stops champ select trolls. Or maybe 3 votes if there are any duo queues there and 4 otherwise
