5.17 was the most stable for me, prior and after that have consistently been shit

Yes, I got one during an ARAM with all towers up and when I finally got back in 3 minutes the match was already over so it might have happened to multiple people

Finally got back in meaning you had to completely restart your computer as a blue screen is a system halted error and the computer must be rebooted...

Blue screen of death will typically indicate whether it's your RAM or your Video card that's having the issue - pay attention to the memory address and troubleshoot accordingly...

Problems in what way? LoL barely uses any of my mem, I generally have 300-600fps and I don't OC either

BSoDs are pretty much never caused by the video card. When the video card crashes usually the driver can recover/reset, and if it can't you'll just get a blank screen, the system doesn't crash.
