Dark seal's extra damage is gated by cooldowns and often a resource such as mana. SotO worked on auto attacks which uses no resources so it's unhealthy.
If yall complaining about Sword of the occult, then yall should upvote removal of all this guys upgrades 
bc by the time u stack sota you can get his shit.
And with todays cdr, I don't see how its OP or even close to a miss match. Bring back the lantern for the jungle to so i can stack.
