Kai'sa' Q needs to never happen again
Giving a long range adc a free skill-less shot is absurdly retarded. Because this game needs more skill less people doing well.

Masala Chai1 votesThere's still significantly more counterplay on Kai'Sa's Q than there is on Vayne's Q, but they aren't really comparable abilities. Kai'Sa's Q supplements her waveclear and DPS. Vayne Q enables her to be slippery and mobile, and burst a little. I'm on all of next week.
