I would also say and are up there too. If you are a tank that can farm and offer high utility in team-fights (even if you die) you are a top tier top laner.

All the other top laners like the juggernauts and other high damage ones are "selfish" champs. They may win lane but do not bring as much to the table if they lose it.

Maokai is the best at the moment, but if you're only level 26, just use whichever you enjoy playing most.

I would buy a champ that can play multiple roles if possible. That way you can jungle or mid with someone you can take top as well. Ekko or poppy would be good buys along with Wukong and Malphite.
