No it doesn’t, stop lying. Executioner is terrible purchase and morello is expensive af, sure it’s must buy, but it doesn’t really help.
His laning phase is too good, with D shield, you can’t poke him out unless you are playing extremely agro. He needs nerf on healing vs minions.
