Serious question to Riot about Phantom Dancer
Okay why not just rework the Item?
Its pretty clear that no one cares for the %damage reduction that was slapped on it.
Like seriously even on duelist like 
I dont see this Item built.
Its currently sitting on a 18% build rate. Its not even a situational/ niche item. Its just.... undesirable.
why not make it the GO TO AS Item again?
AD caster marksmen are flourishing thanks to the magical Item
but hard right click champs
(crit yi altogether is obsolete actually)
have definately seen better days. The 
changes have handicapped them and theyre simply not all to strong at the late game compared to past iterations.
so with this in mind I propose a motion to make 
a dedicated lategame hard right click Item for hard right click heroes.
NEW PHANTOM DANCER 50 AS 30% crit chance 7% move speed
new Passive: each auto attack grants 5% AS for 4 seconds stacking indefinately
