Her burst pattern has been mutilated so much there's no point for her to even be in there. She simply can't compete with the other assassins because by the time she gets her burst, the other assassin already killed her or just ran away.
Suggesting that Riot wants to cull the champion list, so that game plays exactly like you would expect for an Assassin vs. Assassin game mode. (And that Le'blanc is no longer an Assassin)

Correct me if I'm wrong but Thresh is also in Blood Moon and he isn't exactly know for his assassin burst.
You do realize she can still easily burst priority targets in a few seconds right?
And that they added one ort wo seconds to every assassins burst window to increase counterplay, yes? She is still very much an assassin, unless you declare a 3 second time frame for too long.
