The game should be remade if the person doesn't connect within the first minute or so

I'm sick of losing games because one of my teammates connected at 1:40+, getting to lane now down in exp and down in cs, often losing lane hard because of it and it making the game tremendously harder on the rest of us.

Remake was supposed to make this shit fair but if someone reconnects at a point they will get to lane after minions have already died, you are automatically at a disadvantage, which is pretty fucked up. Either actually make it fair for all of us by making the remake vote come up around 1:20 or remove the remake feature since it's clearly just an illusion that you guys wanted to help with something that frustrated us greatly while not actually fixing the issue.

Having some one connect to the game at 1:40 (and probably getting to lane at like 2:0 - 2:10 or so) is not enough sole reason for a game to lose, or hell even the lane itself. Yes the person arriving a minute late will be at a dis-advantage but it's as simple as sit back for a few minutes and try to catch up in exp/CS and not fight, with how fast people can catch up in experience it won't even be that hard or long to reach that point. Better yet, where was the jungler in all of your games that had some one connect late? Even if the jungler actually doesn't do anything, just walking around that side of the map and showing up every once and a while will help apply pressure to force the opponent to back off until your laner catches up.

There are times when I see connected people still at the fountain around 1 minute and some times even at 1:30 but they arrive in their lane roughly on time and still have no problem. I think the time it is now is fine, I've seen people have to reconnect to the game during the loading screen so they end up barely a minute late and I feel if that was a client issue, they shouldn't be punished for it just because you experience people on your team that doesn't know what backing off until they catch up means.
