Can We Buff Aatrox?

Better base stats maybe? Maybe his Blood Well fills on dealing damage to targets instead of the cost of his own abilities? Maybe Dark Flight can't be interrupted anymore?

Honestly, I'll take anything because every time I look at Aatrox and then look at Fiora, it rather pains me how pitiful he is in comparison.
