I like what they are trying to do with the runes but they havent foreseen all the shit that is going to come out of it. League is going to be damn near unplayable for the first 2-3 patches of pre season.

Anyways there's a rune on PBE forgot what it's called but it let's you break the attack speed cap, and we all know how well example A went.
