Should Legendary Guardian and Unyielding swap places?

Tier 1 Legendary Guardian - Your champion gains 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 armor and magic resistance for each nearby enemy champion

Tier 5 Unyielding - Increase your bonus armor and magic resistance by 2%/4%/6%/8%/10%

Unyielding currrently +5% bonus armor and magic resistance is 5 armor for every 100 bonus armor. This is actually quite useless lategame Meanwhile Legendary Guardian can help fighters early to lategame or top laners that want to survive ganks so fighter can combine Ferocity and Resolve without focusing too much on Defense stats getting some extra damage. Unyielding should feel more helpful late game the way i suggested to give better feel of reward for stacking armor and magic resistance by putting it into lategame mastery. Instead getting 5 armor and MR for every 100 bonus you get 10 armor and MR for every 100 bonus by putting it into higher tier and giving more reward for putting extra points in it and stacking bonus armor and MR

I don't know which sucks more - Recovery or Unyielding

the resolve tree definitly needs buffs and changes in multiple places. i dont understand why all the other trees get % damage amp masteries, but resolve gets dogshit like tough skin.

tough skin should grant 2% damage reduction against single target spells and basic attacks, to be on part with the assassin mastery, exposed weakness, double edged sword etc.

perseverence should restore a % missing health every 5 seconds, instead of increasing base health regeneration. base health regen is too champion specific. i mean its like a god tier mastery on Heimerdinger while its mediocre on a lot of fighters and tanks.

veteran scars should probably go back to 4% increased health.

and we need a keystone in that tree, that helps us survive extended fights. originally that was supposed to be grasp to some degree, but they nerfed the sustain aspect of that mastery to shit, and now its just an inferior version of fervor.

Tough Skin is actually pretty good. Removing 2 damage from every monster attack on a jungle clear is significant, you get attacked so many times in the jungle that this mastery leaves you with a decent chunk of extra HP at the end.

I think they could fuse together, so legendary guardian gives 3% increased armor/mr per nearby enemy. Powerfull dense buffs should be somewhat conditional or scale with the number of nearby opponents, else they get to strong 1v1 if they are worth anything in teamfights.
